The physicians of Advanced Foot and Ankle take pride in providing you with a comfortable office experience in four convenient locations, including our main office in Cedar Knolls, Bernardsville, Wayne and (at Chilton Memorial Hospital?).

Our offices are equipped with the latest medical tools to provide excellent medical care for any foot problem. Our main office in Cedar Knolls uses the latest X-ray and Ultrasound equipment for rapid evaluation and diagnosis.

What to Bring

Our qualified staff is friendly and will ensure a pleasant visit. To prepare for your visit, please bring:

• Up-to-date health insurance card/information
• A list of all medications you are taking
• A list of drug allergies and inform our staff if you are allergic to latex
• A list of your questions and concerns
• A copy of your medical record, X-rays or scans, if they are available to you

Dress appropriately. For foot and ankle problems it is more comfortable for you and easier to wear shorts or loose-fitting pants.

Insurance

We accept Medicare and CoreSource health insurance program. We are considered an out-of-panel provider for other insurance programs and we will submit claims on your behalf to your insurer. If your plan offers no out-of-panel benefit, or if you are not covered by insurance, speak with our office staff and we will review various payment options.
