Dr. Jeffrey M. Jacobs

Dr. Jeffrey M. Jacobs is a 2000 graduate of the New York College of podiatric medicine in New York, New York. While serving as chief resident at NYU Downtown, he was named outstanding podiatric surgical resident of the year.

Dr. Jacobs joined Advanced Foot and Ankle Surgeons in 2006. He specializes in the medical and surgical management of foot and ankle disorders. He has a particular interest in wound care; he completed a wound care training program at the Diabetic Lower Extremity Wound Care Clinic At The Hospital For Joint Diseases in New York City.

In his free time, Dr. Jacobs enjoys sports of all kinds including running, tennis, skiing, and working out at the gym. In 2005, he competed in the ING New York City Marathon.
